Camp WheezeAway is celebrating its 22nd year of offering week long summer camps to kids with Asthma.  Kids age 8-12 suffering from moderate to severe asthma can apply for this FREE summer camp program offered at YMCA Camp Chandler.  Kids experience all the fun of summer camp while learning confidence building skills in asthma management from medical professionals. 

 

Camp WheezeAway will be held at YMCA Camp Chandler June 2-7, 2013.

Applications will be accepted until April 15, 2013. Selection of campers will take place in May and campers will be notified of selection by May 15th.  We understand that this timeline leaves a small window for families to prepare to come to camp.  This is an essential part of the process as we offer this free program to as many kids in need as possible.
