Jeff Reynolds - Executive Director

Jeff has been a part of the rich tradition of YMCA Camp Chandler since his time as a young camper in 1976.  Jeff spent his first summer as a camp counselor in 1984 and became a member of the full time staff family in 1991 after graduating from Sewanee.  He met his wife, Julie, at Camp Chandler and married in December of 1996.  Jeff and Julie have raised their two kids, Candler and Parker, as a part of a growing camp family.


Justin Castanza - Associate Camp Director

Justin started his camping career at YMCA Camp Chandler during the summer of 2000 as a summer camp counselor.  Since that time he has climbed the ranks through head counsleor, Waterfront Director, Summer Program Director and now the Associate Camp Director. Justin recieved his Bachelors and Masters Degrees from Mississippi State University and joined the full time camp staff in May 2009.  Justin oversees the daily summer camp operation and the Adventure Guide and Princess program.

Art Mason - Operations Director

After graduating from Western Kentucky in 1986 with a degree in Park Management, Art Mason joined the camp staff in the summer of 1988. After a summer serving as Waterfront Director Art became full-time camp staff and has served as Operations Director since. In addition to operations and facility management, Art also oversees our Outdoor Education program.  Art and his wife, Dianne, have one daughter, Carrie, and continue to enjoy being a part of the camp family after more than twenty years of service.
